1967 - Israeli forcibly occupied the West Bank and Gaza strip, the remaining 22% of historic Palestine, creating yet more refugees

Jayyous has been partitioned from 90% of it’s farmland through Israel’s erection of the separation fence. For generations Jayyous has been an agricultural village, relying mostly on olive trees some of which date back to over 600 years old.

Mohammed 18 - The tradition of the Palestinian people is providing for the sick people, to make them healthy and help them psychologically. Another tradition is helping the poor people by giving them food and money. A third tradition is to wear black when somebody dies.
